Do You Have A Store?

We currently operate as an online-only boutique, offering a convenient and seamless shopping experience through our website. 

While we do not have a physical brick-and-mortar store, we do occasionally host pop-up shops at various locations to provide our customers with an opportunity to see and feel our carefully curated collection in person. These pop-up shops are announced on our website and facebook page, so be sure to follow us for updates on any upcoming events.

What is Your Return Policy?

Return Policy - 14 Days Happiness Guarantee

At The Purple Petal Boutique, we take pride in providing you with the best shopping experience and we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. We offer a 14-day Happiness Guarantee on all our products, giving you peace of mind and confidence in your shopping decision.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange, as long as the item is in its original condition with all tags attached and has not been worn, washed, or altered. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that are marked as final sale or are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, such as intimate apparel.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and return labels will not be provided.

We strive to process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible, typically within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and exchanges will be processed based on availability. Please note that any shipping fees incurred for returns or exchanges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
